We use the following third-party services to operate the app:
- Firebase (Google): authentication, database, push notifications, and cloud functions.
- Square: payment processing.
- Nash: delivery logistics (for delivery orders).

6. Push Notifications
We use push notifications to send you order updates, rewards alerts, and occasional promotions. You can manage your notification preferences in the app's settings or through your device's notification settings at any time.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data and order history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data, including your name, email, phone number, and rewards balance. Anonymized order records may be retained for business reporting purposes.
8. Deleting Your Account & Data
You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time through the app:
Profile → Delete Account
Upon deletion, your personal information, rewards points, and order history will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

9. Children's Privacy
The Thai Thank You app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
